If you don’t have a tracking number, contact the sender or retailer to obtain it.

EMS Tracking Number Format

EMS tracking numbers consist of 13 alphanumeric characters, starting with the letter "E" (indicating Express Mail Service), followed by another capital letter, nine digits, and ending with a two-letter country code (e.g., CN for China, US for the United States). Examples include:

NB: Sometimes, it may not start with E. If your tracking number isn’t recognized, verify it with the sender or wait 1-3 days for initial updates to appear.

EMS offers priority express shipping for packages up to 30 kg (66 lbs) with a maximum length of 1.5 meters and a circumference not exceeding 3 meters. Delivery times vary based on origin, destination, and transit conditions:

United States: 5-7 business days.

Customs delays are common and can result from incomplete declarations, restricted items, or random security checks.

Can I Change the Delivery Address?

Changing the delivery address after an EMS package has been shipped depends on the local postal operator’s policies. Contact the EMS operator in the country of origin or destination with your tracking number to inquire about address changes. Some operators may allow redirects, while others may not.
